Sammy Barnes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Hedges in the 77th minute of play. In the 84th match minute, 1967 Kingswood was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jordan Salt to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Will Pitts managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Rochford City's Jason Davis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jason Davis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Will Pitts read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play.
