After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Vincent Houghton managed to get in a good position for a shot. BUBASAUR's supporters rose to their feet, but Vincent Houghton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marc Sawbridge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th minute, Chris Johnson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Belfast Celtic FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Isaac William Russell made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Chris Johnson sent off a good shot on target. Johnnie Postolan hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, one of BUBASAUR:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BUBASAUR. Derek Lyons shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Keith Perkins was extremely unlucky when he, in the 33rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Isaac William Russell had great luck who in the 33rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Jim Tipton from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 34th match minute, BUBASAUR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johnnie Postolan to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chris Johnson got free with Isaac William Russell in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 47 minutes into the match, Jim Tipton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isaac William Russell. BUBASAUR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jim Tipton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Vincent Houghton made the kick off in the second half. Bobby Acheson charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bobby Acheson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, BUBASAUR's Bobby Acheson got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 57th play minutes Jim Tipton shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Isaac William Russell and just under the crossbar into goal. Belfast Celtic FC's Marc Sawbridge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Belfast Celtic FC from getting a goal against them. Johnnie Postolan hit a great ball. Vincent Houghton's late challenge caught a Belfast Celtic FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vincent Houghton helped the player get up and apologised. Vincent Houghton hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The Belfast Celtic FC fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Belfast Celtic FC's Jim Tipton looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Keith Perkins struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. BUBASAUR's Isaac William Russell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jim Tipton in the 90th minute of play. Joey Downs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac William Russell having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, Jim Tipton notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of BUBASAUR's Isaac William Russell. Isaac William Russell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Belfast Celtic FC fully deserved thier win.
