Mbaka Mbabaotu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nigel Hill having to interfere. In the 10th match minute, Garstang AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Lundy to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Garstang AFC's Anselmo Spione got a free kick in the 14th minute. If Kiera Archer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 17 minutes, Ali Vedat Kabataş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Garstang AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Vedat Kabataş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ali Vedat Kabataş struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Max Ridsdale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Garstang AFC. Mbaka Mbabaotu might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nigel Hill. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mbaka Mbabaotu ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 30th minute there was a penalty for Autocares Vázquez Olmedo. Mbaka Mbabaotu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nigel Hill. 0-2. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Mbaka Mbabaotu put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Nigel Hill. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Mbaka Mbabaotu sped through Garstang AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nigel Hill. The supporters of Autocares Vázquez Olmedo booed when Garstang AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milosz Literski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kiera Archer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nigel Hill read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Garstang AFC's Nigel Hill played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mbaka Mbabaotu in the 47th minute of play. The Garstang AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Autocares Vázquez Olmedo were winning 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mbaka Mbabaotu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mbaka Mbabaotu in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nigel Hill prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mbaka Mbabaotus short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Nigel Hill to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ali Vedat Kabataş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Max Ridsdale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Garstang AFC's Ali Vedat Kabataş got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Autocares Vázquez Olmedo's Aziz Solossa pulled a muscle in his leg after 63 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Alfredo Lundy fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Garstang AFC's protests and gave Alfredo Lundy a yellow card for diving instead. Autocares Vázquez Olmedo's Fared Al Hindi was substituted for Aziz Solossa. The supporters of Autocares Vázquez Olmedo booed when Garstang AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Lundy didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Garstang AFC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Alfredo Lundy hit a great ball. Mbaka Mbabaotu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Milosz Literski charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Milosz Literski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th match minute, Garstang AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milosz Literski to maneuver through the defense. 68 minutes into the match, Garstang AFC's Anselmo Spione sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Max Ridsdale narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Anselmo Spione managed to get in a good position for a shot. Garstang AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anselmo Spione was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Max Ridsdale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 82 played minutes Autocares Vázquez Olmedo got a freekick which was hit by Bobby Wilson. Nigel Hill stood somewhat misplaced when Mbaka Mbabaotu came free in front of goal and shot 0-6 to the left of him in the 85 minute. The audience was convinced that Mbaka Mbabaotu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nigel Hill was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Tim Beck kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Autocares Vázquez Olmedo had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
