Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Heron Gillmour took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Liatroim getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Bairne Duggan hit a great ball. Hayes Hutton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heron Gillmour in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shey McWill in the 6th minute of play forced Altakeeran's goalkeeper Burke Morrison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Shey McWill in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Burke Morrison prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Liatroim booed when Altakeeran was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brennon Rogers didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hayes Hutton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geoffrey Deery in the 16th minute of play. Altakeeran's Burke Morrison proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Altakeeran from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Altakeeran's Paul McVictor got a free kick in the 32nd minute. If Shey McWill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Shey McWill managed to get in a good position for a shot. Liatroim's supporters rose to their feet, but Shey McWill was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Burke Morrison breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Shey McWill stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Alex Robinson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lewis McTom kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Shey McWill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute, Shey McWill made a precise shot to the right of Burke Morrison. Altakeeran's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Burke Morrison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Robinson in the 69th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Shey McWill's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Burke Morrison was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Burke Morrison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shey McWill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 81 played minutes Altakeeran got a freekick which was hit by Brennon Rogers. If Alex Robinson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, Shey McWill got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alex Robinson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Liatroim's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
