Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Berke Jameson kicked off to start the match. Séamus Myler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Brann McPaul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin McBjarton in the 14th minute of play forced Knockatee's goalkeeper Brenainn Gough to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute Kevin McBjarton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brenainn Gough saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Berke Jameson struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Brenainn Gough didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clonona. Brann McPaul came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Knockatee's Séamus Myler. But to his dismay, Séamus Myler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Tathan McFrank recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kevin McBjarton in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brenainn Gough prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 29 minutes into the match, Knockatee's goal looked a bit too open when Berke Jameson came free, but Brenainn Gough reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beothach Crowe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brann McPaul having to interfere. After recieving a nice pass, Knockatee's Rordan Dillon tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Séamus Myler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brann McPaul having to interfere. Tathan McFrank received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Brann McPaul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paul Scully hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tathan McFrank to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tathan McFrank in the 53rd minute of play forced Clonona's goalkeeper Brann McPaul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Tathan McFrank had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brann McPaul. Clonona's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tathan McFrank was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bran Lavine during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Clonona's zone, Tathan McFrank stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brann McPaul came out of the goal and Tathan McFrank tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Kevin McBjarton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Clonona's goal looked a bit too open when Tathan McFrank came free, but Brann McPaul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Knockatee booed when Clonona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brakawn Hutton didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 77 minutes, Séamus Myler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Knockatee's supporters crossed their fingers, but Séamus Myler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 80 minutes, Berke Jameson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brann McPaul showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tathan McFrank, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 95 minutes into the match, Clonona's goal looked a bit too open when Séamus Myler came free, but Brann McPaul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Knockatee's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
