Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Donell Myler started the match with the kick off. Trien McSteve didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donell Myler went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Rabbitburrow AFC's Terrence Silke got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute Donell Myler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trien McSteve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baine Caffrey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trien McSteve having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aengus McDonald in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Douglas Morrison prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Drumgowan FC's Braoin McGlynn got a free kick in the 12th minute. Douglas Morrison came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Rabbitburrow AFC's Brett McAlphie. But to his dismay, Brett McAlphie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 18 minutes into the match, Drumgowan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aengus McDonald came free, but Douglas Morrison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Drumgowan FC's Douglas Morrison got control of the ball when Brett McAlphie tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donell Myler in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Trien McSteve prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Baine Caffrey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Trien McSteve tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brett McAlphie succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 29th playminute. 32 minutes into the match, Baine Caffrey had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Trien McSteve. Rabbitburrow AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baine Caffrey was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After 47 played minutes Drumgowan FC got a freekick which was hit by Alex Cronin. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Douglas Morrison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brett McAlphie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brett McAlphie in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Douglas Morrison saved Drumgowan FC from getting behind. Aengus McDonald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Douglas Morrison tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Coran Benson kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes into the game, Coran Benson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rabbitburrow AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Drumgowan FC the free kick. A collision led to Rabbitburrow AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Coran Benson hit a great ball. Brett McAlphie kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Blathmacc Hutton kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Breffni McBrandon charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Breffni McBrandon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aengus McDonald in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Douglas Morrison saved Drumgowan FC from getting behind. Douglas Morrison didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Brett McAlphie went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. After having played for 89 minutes, Aengus McDonald managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rabbitburrow AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aengus McDonald was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baine Caffrey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trien McSteve having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rabbitburrow AFC had won after a very even match.
