Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) When Turlough McGlynn came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Killmacomma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Turlough McGlynn couldn't finish the play. Turlough McGlynn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Comhghall Coyle having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Todd John hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Keelin Costello hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After 17 played minutes Killmacomma got a freekick which was hit by Cashel Taylor. In the 22nd match minute, Moytirra Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bairne Deery to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Killmacomma's Troy Rutherford broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ron Costello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Killmacomma's Cashel Taylor in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Turlough McGlynn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Comhghall Coyle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cashel Taylor, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute, Cashel Taylor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cashel Taylor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61st minute, Ron Costello ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Donleavy Lester was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Moytirra Utd's zone, Turlough McGlynn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Comhghall Coyle came out of the goal and Turlough McGlynn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute, Keelin Costello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cashel Taylor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute, Cashel Taylor fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Comhghall Coyle, passed just outside the right post. Moytirra Utd's Comhghall Coyle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Moytirra Utd from getting a goal against them. Cashel Taylor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bairne Deery kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cashel Taylor in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Comhghall Coyle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ron Costello in the 93rd minute of play forced Killmacomma's goalkeeper Donleavy Lester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moytirra Utd were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after Killmacomma's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Boddibevve Jameson took the corner. Boddibevve Jameson's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Donleavy Lester - 2-0 was put on the score board in the 95th minute. Killmacomma's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
