Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Belgard Utd's Donlevy Frankson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Donlevy Frankson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Belgard Utd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 11thth minute of the game Bhrighde Taylor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belgard Utd's Trevor MaCollin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 12th minute, Ryland Branson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Cuilkillew's Glenn Holt got a free kick in the 14th minute. If Donlevy Frankson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the game, Seán Ryan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cuilkillew's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Belgard Utd the free kick. Seán Ryan kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. When Ryland Branson came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Belgard Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ryland Branson couldn't finish the play. In the 26th minute of the match Britt McFrancise shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Finn Silke showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Cleary Lester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bhrighde Taylor in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Trevor MaCollin saved Belgard Utd from getting behind. Cleary Lester fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trevor MaCollin having to interfere. Cleary Lester's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Trevor MaCollin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Cuilkillew getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Barin McStephen hit a great ball. Ryland Branson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Finn Silke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donlevy Frankson, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bhrighde Taylor to make the kick off. Finn Silke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donlevy Frankson in the 52nd minute of play. Donlevy Frankson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Finn Silke came out and tried to block the shot, but Donlevy Frankson slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 54th minute. Bairthmead McCollion kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Cuilkillew's Derin Frankson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Bhrighde Taylor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trevor MaCollin having to interfere. If Bhrighde Taylor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bhrighde Taylor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Trevor MaCollin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cleary Lester took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Trevor MaCollin. Trevor MaCollin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 82 minutes into the game, one of Belgard Utd:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Derin Frankson placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Donlevy Frankson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Cuilkillew getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Seán Ryan hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bhrighde Taylor in the 94th minute of play forced Belgard Utd's goalkeeper Trevor MaCollin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cuilkillew's Bhrighde Taylor in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Belgard Utd's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Cuilkillew's Finn Silke got control of the ball when Ryland Branson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
