Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Becc Cooney made the kick off which started today's match. 8 minutes into the match, Fergus AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Conor McVictor came free, but Toran Moran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rylie Dimson came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Fergus AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rylie Dimson couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Becc Cooney in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bevan McNamara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rylie Dimson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Bevan McNamara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Becc Cooney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bedilia McPhil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 25 minutes, Conor McVictor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shronowen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conor McVictor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Conor McVictor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Toran Moran made a huge save. In the 30th minute, Becc Cooney made a precise shot to the right of Bevan McNamara. Shronowen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Rowen McWilliam, 37 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Toren Grant hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Bedilia McPhil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Fergus AFC booed when Shronowen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brendann Todd didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bedilia McPhil was the one to do the kick off. Conor McVictor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toran Moran having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Bedilia McPhil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Shronowen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Fergus AFC! A collision led to Fergus AFC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Louie MaCollin hit a great ball. After having played for 77 minutes, Conor McVictor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shronowen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conor McVictor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Fergus AFC's zone, Conor McVictor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toran Moran came out of the goal and Conor McVictor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th minute, Bedilia McPhil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Fergus AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Conor McVictor came free, but Toran Moran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Toran Moran made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. A collision led to Shronowen getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Brendann Todd hit a great ball. Rylie Dimson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Bevan McNamara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fergus AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Shronowen.
