Spectators: 6759 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Donegal Hamilton took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edwin Perth got free with Berach McStephen in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donegal Hamilton in the 12th minute of play forced Clownings's goalkeeper Isaac Lavine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berach McStephen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cahir Harkin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. Boyne Jameson kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Rowan McLaughlin hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute Cahir Harkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berach McStephen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Berach McStephen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braden Mulvihill, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Blathmac Tracy kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Aaden McPhilip's late challenge caught a Rathglass's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aaden McPhilip helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Clownings's Aaden McPhilip got a free kick in the 34th minute. Donegal Hamilton struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Isaac Lavine didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rathglass. Buach Doherty kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. When Rathglass's Donegal Hamilton in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Clownings's goalie prevented a goal. Edwin Perth kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cahir Harkin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Clownings were awarded a corner. Breck McPhilip went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Breck McPhilip almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rathglass's Berach McStephen did a great save. Donegal Hamilton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Breenan Benson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Isaac Lavine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Rathglass getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Blathmac Tracy hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Braden Mulvihill had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Berach McStephen. Rathglass's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Braden Mulvihill was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Berach McStephen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Perth in the 74th minute of the match. When Blathmac Tracy fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rathglass's protests and gave Blathmac Tracy a yellow card for diving instead. After 76 played minutes Rathglass got a freekick which was hit by Blathmac Tracy. Donegal Hamilton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Isaac Lavine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Breenan Benson hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Donegal Hamilton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isaac Lavine made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Donegal Hamilton sent off a good shot on target. When the referee ended the match the Clownings players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
