Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) DS Wesrt's Balor Robinson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Drumcliffe defense, Balor Robinson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ferdia McTom. The Drumcliffe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ferdia McTom should have stopped the shot. Alfred Hamilton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierce Moran in the 7th minute of the match. In the 8th match minute, DS Wesrt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harold McGlenn to maneuver through the defense. Beanon Keegans short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Alfred Hamilton to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Basil Palmer kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Ricard McAlphie struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Alfred Hamilton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Drumcliffe. Garrett McPaul hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute of the match Reagan Perth sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfred Hamilton skillfully saved the ball. In the 18th minute, Pierce Moran fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Alfred Hamilton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierce Moran, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 26th minute Boroimhe Martyn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdia McTom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reagan Perth's late challenge caught a DS Wesrt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reagan Perth helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Drumcliffe getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Reagan Perth hit a great ball. Drumcliffe's Ferdia McTom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boroimhe Martyn in the 35th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Balor Robinson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferdia McTom was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. DS Wesrt's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Ricard McAlphie scored to the left of an out of position Alfred Hamilton, making the score, 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Pierce Moran made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Drumcliffe's goal looked a bit too open when Basil Palmer came free, but Ferdia McTom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ferdia McTom made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Ferdia Bayes sent off a good shot on target. Ferdia McTom was a little too slow when Boroimhe Martyn got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 1-3. With a little luck, Drumcliffe's Ferdia McTom got control of the ball when Brin Dunne tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 68th play minutes Brin Dunne shot 1-4, a short shot which went by Ferdia McTom and just under the crossbar into goal. Beanon Keegan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Alfred Hamilton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rolan McWill might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfred Hamilton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rolan McWill ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, DS Wesrt's Balor Robinson got a free kick in the 78th minute. Balor Robinson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Ferdia McTom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferdia McTom stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Balor Robinson's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. After a rather tough play, Drumcliffe's Rolan McWill got a free kick in the 87th minute.
