After 2 played minutes Kilmacshane got a freekick which was hit by Bedilia Glen Crowe. The Culdaly AFC fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Culdaly AFC's Blathmacc Barrett looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Culdaly AFC's Raonall Gough got control of the ball when Dewain McWill tried to sneak it across the goal line. Culdaly AFC's Raonall Gough proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Culdaly AFC from getting a goal against them. Ross Bayes hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the match, Culdaly AFC's Petran McWilliam sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teddy McFrank narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Culdaly AFC defense, Joseph McWill kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raonall Gough. The Culdaly AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raonall Gough should have stopped the shot. Blathmacc Barrett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute of the match, Dewain McWill tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Raonall Gough saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Breadan Moran lost his temper 37 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 36 minutes into the game, one of Kilmacshane:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Teddy McFrank had in the 39thth minute some difficulties stopping Toran Deans's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 39 minutes of play, Culdaly AFC's Toran Deans made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teddy McFrank was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Joseph McWill came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Kilmacshane fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joseph McWill couldn't finish the play. Petran McWilliam scored 1-3 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teddy McFrank, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Petran McWilliam got free with Teddy McFrank in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raonall Gough made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joseph McWill in the 63rd minute of play. When Joseph McWill came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Kilmacshane fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joseph McWill couldn't finish the play. After 72 minutes of play, Kilmacshane's Bedilia Glen Crowe made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raonall Gough was left in no man's land by his defense there! Petran McWilliam struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Teddy McFrank didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Culdaly AFC. After a rather tough play, Kilmacshane's Bedilia Glen Crowe got a free kick in the 79th minute. A long shot from Toran Deans in the 84th minute of play was well struck, but Teddy McFrank made a really good save at the right post. Petran McWilliam let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 87th minute shot 2-4 at rihgt post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Culdaly AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
