Spectators: 6774 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bras McCready made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute of the match, Baiscend McJohnny got a very nice opportunity to score, but Reagan McNamara was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Kevion Bayes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bras McCready in the 7th minute of play. Saoirse Hamilton hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Reagan McNamara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Coinneach Lester in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute Bras McCready shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevion Bayes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan McPeter in the 19th minute of play forced Cairlinn's goalkeeper Kevion Bayes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kevion Bayes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bras McCready, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. When Baiscend McJohnny came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Cairlinn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baiscend McJohnny couldn't finish the play. Jonathan McPeter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan McPeter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevion Bayes having to interfere. In the 48th match minute, Donagheumper was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saoirse Hamilton to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Coinneach Lester was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Cairlinn getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Quinn Doherty hit a great ball. Baiscend McJohnny's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reagan McNamara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Donagheumper's zone, Coinneach Lester stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reagan McNamara came out of the goal and Coinneach Lester tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baiscend McJohnny recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Donagheumper's Reagan McNamara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Coinneach Lester in the 74th minute of play. After 83 played minutes Donagheumper got a freekick which was hit by Quaid Coyle. Kevion Bayes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bras McCready, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Coinneach Lester received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Reagan McNamara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reagan McNamara came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Cairlinn's Baiscend McJohnny. But to his dismay, Baiscend McJohnny quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Cairlinn's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
