Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Fionntán Murphy's late challenge caught a Meenacung's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fionntán Murphy helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the Meenacung defense, Breaghdha Lester kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Darragh McMichel. The Meenacung fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Darragh McMichel should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fionntán Murphy in the 10th minute of play forced Meenacung's goalkeeper Darragh McMichel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Meenacung's Beachain Mulvihill got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 14th minute, Derin McWillie made a precise shot to the right of Darragh McMichel. Meenacung's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Desmond Rogers hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After 17 played minutes Meenacung got a freekick which was hit by Beachain Mulvihill. Fionntán Murphy struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Darragh McMichel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Loskeran. A collision led to Loskeran getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Patty Ferguson hit a great ball. Tipraite Walker took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Donavin Barrett. Loskeran's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Meenacung was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tipraite Walker to maneuver through the defense. Donavin Barrett was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Geralt Cassin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 33 minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Derin McWillie cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Darragh McMichel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Darragh McMichel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fionntán Murphy in the 46th minute of play. Fionntán Murphy scored 1-4 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Darragh McMichel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

If Derin McWillie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Darragh McMichel made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Fionntán Murphy sent off a good shot on target. In the 67th minute, Barclay McFrank hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, Meenacung's goal looked a bit too open when Derin McWillie came free, but Darragh McMichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the game, Desmond Rogers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Loskeran's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Meenacung the free kick. In the 72nd minute, Desmond Rogers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Glenn Tracy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 2-4 when Glenn Tracy sped through Loskeran's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Donavin Barrett. Meenacung's Darragh McMichel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Meenacung from getting a goal against them. Glenn Tracy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Desmond Rogers got his second yellow card in the match during the 83rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a defensive mix-up in Loskeran's zone, Glenn Tracy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donavin Barrett came out of the goal and Glenn Tracy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Loskeran's Donavin Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Glenn Tracy in the 91st minute of play. During the 92nd minute of the match Fionntán Murphy completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Fionntán Murphy a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Loskeran's Fionntán Murphy got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, Glenn Tracy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Meenacung fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. The Loskeran supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Loskeran would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
