Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Casey Beckett started the match with the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Conn MaCollin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Geralt McLaughlin. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. Bartley Dempsey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Geralt McLaughlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Ducalla Utd got a freekick which was hit by Corey McJohn. After having played for 16 minutes, Bartley Dempsey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dungloe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartley Dempsey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geralt McLaughlin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conn MaCollin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd match minute, Ducalla Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bhrighde Prunty to maneuver through the defense. Casey Beckett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Blathmacc Brennan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casey Beckett, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, Dungloe's Payton McBrand got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Conn MaCollin to strike the kick off in the second half. If Casey Beckett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Dungloe's Tirloch Morrison got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Blathmacc Brennan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kain Tracy in the 54th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Conn MaCollin in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geralt McLaughlin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Dungloe's Blathmacc Brennan got control of the ball when Kain Tracy tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Ducalla Utd booed when Dungloe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bar Gollogley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Corey McJohn hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Ducalla Utd's Corey McJohn got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Bartley Dempsey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Kain Tracys short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Blathmacc Brennan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kain Tracy struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Blathmacc Brennan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ducalla Utd. In the 83rdth minute of the game Casey Beckett who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dungloe's Blathmacc Brennan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Dungloe booed when Ducalla Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benen McLaughlin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bartley Dempsey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ducalla Utd's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
