Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Conn MaCollin took the kick off in the first half of the match. Pawd McLaughlin charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pawd McLaughlin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bardan Robinson got free with Blathmacc Brennan in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bivadi McTommy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Blathmacc Brennan. Dungloe's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Bartley Dempsey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torrans Morrison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conn MaCollin in the 17th minute of the match. Torrans Morrison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conn MaCollin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loughamore's Torrans Morrison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conn MaCollin in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Loughamore's goal looked a bit too open when Bartley Dempsey came free, but Torrans Morrison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Loughamore's Samueil Ryan in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dungloe's goalie prevented a goal. When Bardan Robinson came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Loughamore fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bardan Robinson couldn't finish the play. Samueil Ryan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Blathmacc Brennan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Torrans Morrison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartley Dempsey in the 36th minute of play. If Samueil Ryan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bardan Robinson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blathmacc Brennan having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samueil Ryan in the 45th minute of play forced Dungloe's goalkeeper Blathmacc Brennan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 47 minutes of play, Dungloe's Bartley Dempsey made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Torrans Morrison was left in no man's land by his defense there!

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Samueil Ryan made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Dungloe's Payton McBrand got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute, Boru Mulvihill got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th minute Conn MaCollin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torrans Morrison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samueil Ryan in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blathmacc Brennan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pawd McLaughlin hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Dungloe's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bar Gollogley in the 64th minute. The corner ended in Bar Gollogley almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Loughamore's Torrans Morrison did a great save. Blathmacc Brennan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bardan Robinson in the 66th minute of the match. The supporters of Loughamore booed when Dungloe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Payton McBrand didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Loughamore's Boru Mulvihill tried to score from far away in the 70th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, Loughamore's Bardan Robinson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Blathmacc Brennan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 75 minutes, Bartley Dempsey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dungloe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartley Dempsey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Conn MaCollin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Conn MaCollin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dungloe's supporters rose to their feet, but Conn MaCollin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torrans Morrison breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Torrans Morrison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conn MaCollin, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Bartley Dempsey had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Torrans Morrison. Loughamore's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartley Dempsey was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Samueil Ryan sped through Dungloe's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Blathmacc Brennan. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Dungloe walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
