Brakawn Ghee breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the game, Donelle Benson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Glasacken FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Drumconnick the free kick. After 26 played minutes Glasacken FC got a freekick which was hit by Donelle Benson. Lorcan McAlphie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Brakawn Ghee made a huge save. 29 minutes into the game, Beltany McSteven was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Glasacken FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Drumconnick the free kick. Beltany McSteven kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. When Beltany McSteven came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Glasacken FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beltany McSteven couldn't finish the play. Oliver McLian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donelle Benson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Drumconnick booed when Glasacken FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beltany McSteven didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hayes Glen Crowe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 58 minutes, Hayes Glen Crowe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glasacken FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hayes Glen Crowe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patton Robinson came free in the 73rd minute and tried to tip the ball over Oliver McLian, but to the joy of Drumconnick's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. Brakawn Ghee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brendon McIan in the 77th minute of the match. Glasacken FC's Hayes Glen Crowe got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hayes Glen Crowe got free with Oliver McLian in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Donelle Benson hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Despite being the better team, Glasacken FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
