Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Caimin McSteven kicked off to start the match. Reginald Bayes kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Beagan Walker blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Timothy Duggan having to make a save. Beagan Walker in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Timothy Duggan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rockland's Derrick McGlenn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barclay McJohnny in the 11th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Rossanean's zone, Beagan Walker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timothy Duggan came out of the goal and Beagan Walker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bram McNamara hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Rockland's goal looked a bit too open when Reginald Bayes came free, but Derrick McGlenn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reginald Bayes scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Derrick McGlenn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 37th minute Caimin McSteven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Derrick McGlenn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reginald Bayes took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Derrick McGlenn. Derrick McGlenn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Boyce MaCollin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Timothy Duggan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Beagan Walker stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Caimin McSteven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Derrick McGlenn having to interfere. Derrick McGlenn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caimin McSteven in the 58th minute of play. Bealtaine MaCollin charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bealtaine MaCollin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Rockland getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Bealtaine MaCollin hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the game, Carrig Molloy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rockland's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rossanean the free kick. After a rather tough play, Rockland's Carrig Molloy got a free kick in the 64th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Beagan Walker in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Timothy Duggan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 67th minute, Boyce MaCollin made a precise shot to the right of Timothy Duggan. Rossanean's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. The attack was good, but when Beagan Walker in the 75th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Derrick McGlenn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caimin McSteven, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. When Bealtaine MaCollin was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 80 minutes had been played. A collision led to Rockland getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Bealtaine MaCollin hit a great ball. Derrick McGlenn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caimin McSteven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Rockland's goal looked a bit too open when Bram McNamara came free, but Derrick McGlenn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Rossanean's zone, Boyce MaCollin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timothy Duggan came out of the goal and Boyce MaCollin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Rockland booed when Rossanean was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reginald Bayes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andrew Todd kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Gordon Cronin got in the 94th minute the ball and tried a long shot which scored to the left of Derrick McGlenn and thus it was 1-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rossanean walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
