Rossanean's Timothy Duggan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Rossanean from getting a goal against them. Brefni Ferguson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timothy Duggan having to interfere. Riley Willson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Timothy Duggan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Annavalla were awarded a corner in the 50th minute after Rossanean's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bera Hughes took the corner. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 74 minutes of play, Annavalla's Brefni Ferguson made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Timothy Duggan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Annavalla fully deserved thier win.
