Spectators: 6762 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Beachain Taylor kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Hugh Coyle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Shanvally fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Brendon McPhil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beachain Taylor in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Shanvally's goalkeeper Brendon McPhil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tiomoid Cassin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brendon McPhil having to interfere. Russ Benson kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Heron O'Brien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugh Coyle, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute, Theobald McPaul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, Hugh Coyle notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Park FC's Heron O'Brien. Heron O'Brien was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Beachain Taylor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Brendon McPhil made a huge save. If Hugh Coyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cacey McIan fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Park FC's protests and gave Cacey McIan a yellow card for diving instead. Brendon McPhil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiomoid Cassin in the 26th minute. Tiomoid Cassin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Shanvally's Brendon McPhil got control of the ball when Tiomoid Cassin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 46th minute, Beachain Taylor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Park FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Shanvally were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Theobald McPaul stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Perry McPeter's late challenge caught a Park FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Perry McPeter helped the player get up and apologised. Perry McPeter hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 64 minutes into the game, when Becan McIan put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of Shanvally:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Park FC:s goal. In the 66th minute there was a penalty for Park FC. Derin Robinson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Brendon McPhil. 1-3. Trevor Matthews sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Tiomoid Cassin came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Park FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiomoid Cassin couldn't finish the play. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Park FC's goalkeeper Heron O'Brien, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Heron O'Brien came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Shanvally's Hugh Coyle. But to his dismay, Hugh Coyle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. 97 minutes into the match, Shanvally's goal looked a bit too open when Tiomoid Cassin came free, but Brendon McPhil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Park FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Shanvally's performance. The match ended with a win for Shanvally.
