In the 9th minute, Abban Gough hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Dunbrin's zone, Bodibeua Willson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nollaig Taylor came out of the goal and Bodibeua Willson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bodibeua Willson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 17th minute, Coinneach Lavine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nollaig Taylor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bodibeua Willson, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Coileán McIan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Teelin's supporters rose to their feet, but Coileán McIan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nollaig Taylor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bodibeua Willson struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Nollaig Taylor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Teelin. Berkeley Ramsey was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Torna Keegan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Torna Keegan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. A collision led to Dunbrin getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Abban Gough hit a great ball. Nollaig Taylor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bodibeua Willson in the 33rd minute of play. The throw-in from Baird Taylor in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Teelin's Blake Coyle. 43 minutes into the game, Coileán McIan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Teelin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dunbrin the free kick. Coileán McIan kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 55th minute, Torna Keegan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 58 minutes, Bodibeua Willson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Teelin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bodibeua Willson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 59th minute, Scott Quinnless hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teelin's Bodibeua Willson got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Teelin's Derin Walker got a free kick in the 70th minute. Nollaig Taylor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bodibeua Willson in the 74th minute. After 76 played minutes Dunbrin got a freekick which was hit by Baird Taylor. In the 85th match minute, Teelin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reidy Cassin to maneuver through the defense. After 87 played minutes, Dunbrin's Scott Quinnless shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Berkeley Ramsey came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dunbrin reached it. 90 minutes into the game, one of Dunbrin:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Blake Coyle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Nollaig Taylor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Branagain Gillmour's late challenge caught a Dunbrin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Branagain Gillmour helped the player get up and apologised. In the 98th minute, Branagain Gillmour hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
