Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Beartlai Ghee took the kick off in the first half of the match. Berkeley Ramsey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beartlai Ghee, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After 11 played minutes Falprobog Utd got a freekick which was hit by Bairthmead Scully. Britain Mulvihill came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Teelin's Bodibeua Willson. But to his dismay, Bodibeua Willson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Bodibeua Willson struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Britain Mulvihill didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Teelin. After 23 minutes, Colm McJames mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Falprobog Utd and the Teelin players grew even worse after the yellow card. Britain Mulvihill acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 25th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Blake Coyle. In the 26th match minute, Teelin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Derin Walker to maneuver through the defense. Berkeley Ramsey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beartlai Ghee in the 34th minute of the match. After having played for 36 minutes, Bodibeua Willson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Teelin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bodibeua Willson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Bairthmead Scully fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Falprobog Utd's protests and gave Bairthmead Scully a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th minute, Bairthmead Scully hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bodibeua Willson to strike the kick off in the second half. When Bodibeua Willson came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Teelin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bodibeua Willson couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 59th minute of the game. One of Teelin:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Falprobog Utd:s goal. Teelin's Bodibeua Willson got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 69 minutes, Reidy Cassin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Teelin and the Falprobog Utd players grew even worse after the yellow card. Reidy Cassin kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After having played for 71 minutes, Beartlai Ghee managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After a rather tough play, Teelin's Reidy Cassin got a free kick in the 89th minute. Beartlai Ghee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berkeley Ramsey having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Falprobog Utd failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
