Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Barr McSteve started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Doney Holt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Paud Ferguson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Barr McSteve had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brendanus Colwell hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, Philib McFrancise got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Rockfield's goal looked a bit too open when Barr McSteve came free, but Coran Doherty reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Coran Doherty made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Braddon Delaney sent off a good shot on target. Philib McFrancise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Coran Doherty having to interfere. In the 25th match minute, Rockfield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ross McGlynn to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Rockfield's Brendanus Colwell got a free kick in the 30th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Philib McFrancise cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Coran Doherty was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 38 minutes, Doney Holt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rockfield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Doney Holt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 42nd minute of the match Devlin Cassin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Coran Doherty skillfully saved the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Reagrove Utd's Barr McSteve slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Coran Doherty. That made the score 3-0 after 46 minutes of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Brendanus Colwell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Devlin Cassin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paud Ferguson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brendanus Colwell, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 56th match minute, Reagrove Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Devlin Cassin to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute of the match Rockfield got a corner. Reagrove Utd's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bardain McJon ran over to the corner to take the kick. Paud Ferguson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brendanus Colwell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Rockfield booed when Reagrove Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleary Hunt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute, Bardain McJon sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Reagrove Utd's Paud Ferguson didn't even have to move. Philib McFrancise sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Philib McFrancise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Coran Doherty having to interfere. Coran Doherty took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barr McSteve, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Reagrove Utd players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
