Barr McSteve might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gearoid Scully. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Barr McSteve ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Walsheslough FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Donal McAlphie hit a great ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Barr McSteve to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56thth minute of the game Philib McFrancise who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Walsheslough FC's Gearoid Scully was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Braddon Delaney hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The corner led Walsheslough FC's Piers Frankson to fire away a dangerous shot which Paud Ferguson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Philib McFrancise's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gearoid Scully read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Gearoid Scully took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philib McFrancise, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gearoid Scully made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philib McFrancise in the 68th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Walsheslough FC's Bricin Prunty got a free kick in the 69th minute. Brendon McNamara's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Paud Ferguson firmly grabbed it by the left post. Barr McSteve sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 85 minutes into the game, Reagrove Utd's Barr McSteve nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gearoid Scully made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Philib McFrancise sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Philib McFrancise's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gearoid Scully read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. 96 minutes into the game, Breslin Scully was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Walsheslough FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Reagrove Utd the free kick. After 97 played minutes Walsheslough FC got a freekick which was hit by Breslin Scully.
