Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jarlath Frankson started the match with the kick off. After 7 minutes, Bree O'Brien mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corcreaghy Utd and the Ballynasrah FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Jarlath Frankson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ballynasrah FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarlath Frankson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bram Robinson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jarlath Frankson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17th minute, Fionntán Moran made a precise shot to the right of Bram Robinson. Corcreaghy Utd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 25 played minutes Corcreaghy Utd got a freekick which was hit by Bree O'Brien. Jarlath Frankson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Bram Robinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fionntán Moran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bram Robinson having to interfere. In the 30th minute Jarlath Frankson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bram Robinson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jarlath Frankson in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bram Robinson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Bram Robinson managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Ballynasrah FC's Jarlath Frankson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Ballynasrah FC booed when Corcreaghy Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Branson McNamara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Corcreaghy Utd's Bram Robinson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Corcreaghy Utd from getting a goal against them. Fionntán Moran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bram Robinson having to interfere. Jarlath Frankson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ardán Harkin in the 46th minute of play forced Ballynasrah FC's goalkeeper Aubrey McTom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Petran Tracy hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. When Jarlath Frankson came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Ballynasrah FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jarlath Frankson couldn't finish the play. Jarlath Frankson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bram Robinson having to interfere. After having played for 57 minutes, Jarlath Frankson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ballynasrah FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jarlath Frankson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Ballynasrah FC fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Ballynasrah FC's Jarlath Frankson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Corcreaghy Utd's goalkeeper Bram Robinson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ardán Harkin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aubrey McTom having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fionntán Moran in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bram Robinson saved Corcreaghy Utd from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Jarlath Frankson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bram Robinson was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Jarlath Frankson scored 3-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bram Robinson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jarlath Frankson in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bram Robinson saved Corcreaghy Utd from getting behind. Jarlath Frankson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bram Robinson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Petran Tracy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ardán Harkin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Aubrey McTom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Braon McStephen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Aubrey McTom made a huge save. Ballynasrah FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jarlath Frankson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Ballynasrah FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
