Brendanus Ghee was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

51 minutes into the match, Casey Kirby notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Tullaha's Bradley Dimson. Bradley Dimson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tate Doherty's late challenge caught a Tullaha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tate Doherty helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 56th minute of the game. One of Deelis:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tullaha:s goal. The goalkeeper, Brendanus Ghee , was totally fooled by Tullaha's Austin Gallagher, who 58 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 60th match minute, Deelis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tate Doherty to maneuver through the defense. If Becc Hamilton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bradley Dimson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Becc Hamilton , even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bevin Scully sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cian O'Down charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cian O'Down the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Deelis supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tullaha's performance. The match ended with a win for Tullaha.
