After 38 minutes, Bartel Dempsey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coolcullen AFC and the Loumore players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bartel Dempsey kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Coolcullen AFC's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 44th minute of the game, when Taveon McAaron after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Loumore's goal. Taveon McAaron was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. In the 47th minute Brendann Ferguson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Art Coyle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

51 minutes into the match, Rylie Dillon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Torna Lavine. Coolcullen AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rylie Dillon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Torna Lavine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davie Ramsey in the 56th minute of the match. Rylie Dillon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Art Coyle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Killian Lester, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. If Killian Lester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Killian Lester sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute, Killian Lester got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brendann Ferguson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th match minute, Coolcullen AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartel Dempsey to maneuver through the defense. Rylie Dillon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Torna Lavine when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 89 minutes into the match, Loumore's goal looked a bit too open when Killian Lester came free, but Art Coyle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Art Coyle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brendann Ferguson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Killian Lester in the 91st minute of play forced Loumore's goalkeeper Art Coyle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Loumore's Shannon Cassin got a free kick in the 94th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
