Ros Gough took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baine McAaron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baine McAaron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Baine McAaron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Toren McPaul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braeden McFrancise having to interfere. Ros Gough was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th match minute, Corraneary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Booak Bayes to maneuver through the defense. Corraneary's Braeden McFrancise played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sheridan McPhilip in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, Baine McAaron cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ros Gough was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Bunnaton AFC's zone, Baine McAaron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ros Gough came out of the goal and Baine McAaron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernard Walker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Ros Gough tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Sheridan McPhilip made the kick off in the second half. Ros Gough made an important save on a dangerous shot by Binean Costello in the 51st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baine McAaron got free with Ros Gough in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 56th play minute Baine McAaron came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ros Gough. 0-3. In the 66th minute, Bernard Walker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Gaynor McBjarton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 82 played minutes Bunnaton AFC got a freekick which was hit by Blayne Dalton . After some careless play in the Bunnaton AFC defense, Baine McAaron kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ros Gough. The Bunnaton AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ros Gough should have stopped the shot. 87 minutes into the match, Bunnaton AFC's goalkeeper Ros Gough had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernard Walker. Ros Gough was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Bernard Walker capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bernard Walker really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. Ros Gough made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Baine McAaron sent off a good shot on target. Sheridan McPhilip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Braeden McFrancise tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Corraneary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bunnaton AFC.
