Boyd Benson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Shass FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Carrig Gallagher hit a great ball. Quirk Duggan kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. If Quirk Duggan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Quirk Duggan in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harley Lavine prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Caherlea FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Toran Branson in the 12th minute. The corner ended in Toran Branson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Shass FC's Harley Lavine did a great save. The audience was convinced that Quirk Duggan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harley Lavine was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. A collision led to Caherlea FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Cian Silke hit a great ball. Harley Lavine didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Boyd Benson went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 30 minutes into the match, Boyd Benson notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Shass FC's Harley Lavine. Harley Lavine was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Quirk Duggan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harley Lavine having to interfere. Harley Lavine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quirk Duggan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Beatty McBrand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the match, Shass FC's goal looked a bit too open when Boyd Benson came free, but Harley Lavine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Quirk Duggan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Harley Lavine was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The wind increased when Beatty Holt made the kick off in the second half. Harley Lavine came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Caherlea FC's Quirk Duggan. But to his dismay, Quirk Duggan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Boyd Benson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harley Lavine having to interfere. In the 62nd minute of the match Donall Mullan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Harley Lavine showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Boyd Benson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-7 in the 63rd playminute. Quirk Duggan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harley Lavine read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bragain Hunt during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bragain Hunt kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Harley Lavine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boyd Benson in the 71st minute of the match. Harley Lavine was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Donall Mullan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boyd Benson in the 76th minute of play forced Shass FC's goalkeeper Harley Lavine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lou McJohnny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lochlainn Dillon in the 77th minute of play. Harley Lavine stood somewhat misplaced when Quirk Duggan came free in front of goal and shot 0-8 to the left of him in the 79 minute. 83 minutes into the match, Shass FC's goalkeeper Harley Lavine had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jack Cooney. After 84 played minutes Shass FC got a freekick which was hit by Brenda Doyle. When Quirk Duggan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 90 minutes had been played. In the 91st minute, Quirk Duggan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Boyd Benson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caherlea FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. Caherlea FC played a much better game than Shass FC and deserved their victory. The Shass FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
