Spectators: 6783 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Berke Frankson made the kick off which started today's match. After 2 played minutes Sheriffhill got a freekick which was hit by Timmons McJames. In the 9thth minute of the game Boru Ramsey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Glenulra FC's Doney McTommy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Glenulra FC's Doney McTommy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernard Tracy in the 10th minute of play. When Braydon McWilliam came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Sheriffhill fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Braydon McWilliam couldn't finish the play. Glenulra FC's Doney McTommy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernard Tracy in the 18th minute of play. Doney McTommy came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Sheriffhill's Bernard Tracy. But to his dismay, Bernard Tracy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 24 minutes into the match, Boru Ramsey notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Glenulra FC's Doney McTommy. Doney McTommy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Boru Ramsey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Doney McTommy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cullan Tracy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Doney McTommy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blake Walker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boru Ramsey in the 36th minute of play forced Glenulra FC's goalkeeper Doney McTommy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Bernard Tracy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 38th minute, Boru Ramsey left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sheriffhill fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After 43 played minutes, Sheriffhill's Timmons McJames shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Doney McTommy came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sheriffhill reached it. 45 minutes into the game, Sheriffhill's Boru Ramsey nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Doney McTommy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Boru Ramsey to make the kick off. If Blake Walker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Boru Ramsey in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Doney McTommy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 70 minutes into the match, Glenulra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Boru Ramsey came free, but Doney McTommy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 71 minutes, Blake Walker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sheriffhill's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blake Walker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 73 in the game by Boru Ramsey from a close distance when the talented Doney McTommy managed to make a qualified save. Glenulra FC's players were relieved. Doney McTommy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boru Ramsey in the 77th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Bernard Tracy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sheriffhill's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernard Tracy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Doney McTommy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 83rd minute, Brayden Doherty hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blake Walker's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Doney McTommy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sheriffhill's Keelin McTom got a free kick in the 85th minute. Becc McCollion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berke Frankson, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 92nd minute, Boru Ramsey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sheriffhill's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
