Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Beachain McJames took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the game, Bansha's Beachain McJames nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Briony John made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Bruckless's Briony John played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beachain McJames in the 7th minute of play. Briony John took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beachain McJames, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Briony John showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beachain McJames in the 10th minute of the match. The corner ended in Beachain McJames almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bruckless's Briony John did a great save. Rourke O'Down kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Beatty Brennan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teigue Myler in the 20th minute of play. Seoirse Dunne was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 30th minute. Bansha's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 35 minutes into the match, Bansha's Donan McTommy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Briony John narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Beachain McJames succeeded in the game's 38th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Briony John showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beachain McJames in the 45th minute of the match. Beachain McJames sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teigue Myler to make the kick off. In the 58th minute of the match Gilbert Horgan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Briony John skillfully saved the ball. Briony John showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donan McTommy in the 62nd minute of the match. The supporters of Bansha booed when Bruckless was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaden McMichel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Bruckless's goal looked a bit too open when Beachain McJames came free, but Briony John reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Donan McTommy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donan McTommy in the 69th minute of play forced Bruckless's goalkeeper Briony John to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donan McTommy struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Briony John didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bansha. In the 71st minute, Rourke O'Down hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Bruckless booed when Bansha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toren McFrancise didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd match minute, Bansha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Seoirse Dunne to maneuver through the defense. Toren McFrancise recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Beachain McJames had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bansha's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
