Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bailey Gallagher in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bil McBrand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 21 minutes of play, Corglass's Bailey Gallagher made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bil McBrand was left in no man's land by his defense there! Antaine McJames showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Logan Duggan in the 25th minute of the match. Brendanus O'Neill hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Corglass's Kevin Kelly got a free kick in the 28th minute. Bil McBrand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Irwin Ferguson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Irwin Ferguson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Irwin Ferguson made the kick off in the second half. Bil McBrand didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 54th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. Irwin Ferguson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Corglass's Irwin Ferguson in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ballyhoura's goalie prevented a goal. 67 minutes into the game, Irwin Ferguson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bil McBrand. Irwin Ferguson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Breandan Cronin kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ballyhoura's zone, Bailey Gallagher stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bil McBrand came out of the goal and Bailey Gallagher tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ballyhoura's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Irwin Ferguson scored to the left of an out of position Bil McBrand, making the score, 0-4. In the 77th minute, Ballyhoura's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bailey Gallagher fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Bailey Gallaghers short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Bil McBrand to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpected shot in the 81st minute by Bailey Gallagher got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Irwin Ferguson in the 88th minute of play forced Ballyhoura's goalkeeper Bil McBrand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Logan Duggan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antaine McJames showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Logan Duggan in the 93rd minute of the match. Bil McBrand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Irwin Ferguson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Corglass's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
