In the 11thth minute of the game Teigue Myler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ballyhoura's Bil McBrand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Teigue Myler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bil McBrand was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Teigue Myler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Bil McBrand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Ballyhoura booed when Bruckless was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teigue Myler didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Logan Duggan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ballyhoura's supporters rose to their feet, but Logan Duggan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Briony John breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 28 minutes into the match, Bruckless's Teigue Myler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bil McBrand narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Brendanus O'Neill hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Logan Duggan in the 32nd minute of play forced Bruckless's goalkeeper Briony John to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bil McBrand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teigue Myler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raonall Holt struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Bil McBrand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bruckless. Bil McBrand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teigue Myler, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Bruckless's Briony John played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Logan Duggan in the 53rd minute of play. When Ballyhoura's Logan Duggan, in the 55th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Ballyhoura. Scott McJon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Briony John having to interfere. Briony John showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Logan Duggan in the 66th minute of the match. Bil McBrand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teigue Myler, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Ballyhoura's goal looked a bit too open when Teigue Myler came free, but Bil McBrand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute Bruckless were awarded a corner. Aaden McMichel went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Bruckless's Abban Horgan to fire away a dangerous shot which Bil McBrand despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Logan Duggan in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Briony John saved Bruckless from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teigue Myler in the 82nd minute of play forced Ballyhoura's goalkeeper Bil McBrand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Logan Duggan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Scott McJon in the 88th minute of play forced Bruckless's goalkeeper Briony John to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruckless's Briony John played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Logan Duggan in the 95th minute of play.
