Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Healey MaCollin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrow's supporters rose to their feet, but Healey MaCollin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brendan Caffey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Brendan Caffey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Healey MaCollin in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Barrow's Ryleigh Sheridan got a free kick in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Healey MaCollin in the 16th minute of play forced Aghacurreen Utd's goalkeeper Brendan Caffey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rowe Ryan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brendan Caffey didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gilbeirt McBrand went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 31 minutes into the match, Barrow's goal looked a bit too open when Harold McMichel came free, but Finnigan Robinson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 34 played minutes, Aghacurreen Utd's Bowen McBjarton shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Finnigan Robinson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Aghacurreen Utd reached it. Ryleigh Sheridan hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Gilbeirt McBrand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 43rd minute, Ryleigh Sheridan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Healey MaCollin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brendan Caffey having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Healey MaCollin made the kick off in the second half. Bowen McBjarton hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Gilbeirt McBrand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gilbeirt McBrand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Brendan Caffey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gilbeirt McBrand fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barrow's protests and gave Gilbeirt McBrand a yellow card for diving instead. If Gilbeirt McBrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, Gilbeirt McBrand notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Aghacurreen Utd's Brendan Caffey. Brendan Caffey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Brendan Caffey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbeirt McBrand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Healey MaCollin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Rowe Ryan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Barrow's goalkeeper Finnigan Robinson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harold McMichel. 84 minutes into the game, Aghacurreen Utd's Harold McMichel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Finnigan Robinson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Gilbeirt McBrand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brendan Caffey having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Toren Coyle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barrow were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Aghacurreen Utd for a fine match.
