Reagan Myler hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Sutton AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bodibeve McTom came free, but Biviti Dillon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jarlath Todd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Biviti Dillon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the game, Treno McJohnny was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sutton AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bunglass the free kick. Treno McJohnny hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Biviti Dillon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarlath Todd in the 29th minute of the match. Healey McBrandon scored 2-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Donal McWillie, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Coileán Delaney struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Donal McWillie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sutton AFC. 35 minutes into the match, Sutton AFC's Healey McBrandon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Donal McWillie narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Coileán Delaney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jarlath Todd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Jarlath Todd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bodibeve McTom might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Biviti Dillon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bodibeve McTom ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bodibeve McTom in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Biviti Dillon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Coileán Delaney made a kick off. Donlevy Ghee hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Coileán Delaney blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Donal McWillie having to make a save. After 58 played minutes Bunglass got a freekick which was hit by Ryon Costello. After having played for 62 minutes, Healey McBrandon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sutton AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Healey McBrandon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Coileán Delaney sped through Bunglass's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Donal McWillie. 68 minutes into the game, Teris McStephen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sutton AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bunglass the free kick. Teris McStephen kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Coileán Delaney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Bunglass booed when Sutton AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bragain Dimson didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Coileán Delaney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 89 played minutes, Sutton AFC's Keeghan McWillie shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Donal McWillie came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sutton AFC reached it. After 90 played minutes Bunglass got a freekick which was hit by Pierson McWilliam. The crowd rose to their feet as Jarlath Todd kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Biviti Dillon. That made the score 3-1 in the 95 minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sutton AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bunglass had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
