Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Donn Robinson made the kick off and thus started the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dennis McPhilip got free with Davie Frankson in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 7 minutes into the match, Bunaw Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Abbot Crowe came free, but Breslin Kelly reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Comhghall Perth in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Davie Frankson saved Hermitage FC from getting behind. Donn Robinson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 13 minutes into the game, Brenna Dimson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bunaw Utd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hermitage FC the free kick. When Dennis McPhilip fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bunaw Utd's protests and gave Dennis McPhilip a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th minute, Abbot Crowe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Breslin Kelly was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 21 minutes into the game, Brigid McJames was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bunaw Utd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hermitage FC the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Comhghall Perth in the 25th minute of play forced Hermitage FC's goalkeeper Davie Frankson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bunaw Utd's Brenna Dimson got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Ultan Kelly fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hermitage FC's protests and gave Ultan Kelly a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th minute, one of Hermitage FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hermitage FC. Rowley Gillmour shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. If Comhghall Perth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Davie Frankson was a little too slow when Comhghall Perth got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 1-1. Dennis McPhilip blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Davie Frankson having to make a save. Hermitage FC's Abbot Crowe got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Comhghall Perth to make the kick off. Comhghall Perth scored 2-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Davie Frankson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Breslin Kelly made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Abbot Crowe sent off a good shot on target. Davie Frankson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Comhghall Perth went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Comhghall Perth in the 68th minute of play forced Hermitage FC's goalkeeper Davie Frankson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Dennis McPhilip put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Davie Frankson. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Comhghall Perth in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Davie Frankson saved Hermitage FC from getting behind. Dennis McPhilip fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davie Frankson having to interfere. Ultan Kelly hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute of the match Rowley Gillmour sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Davie Frankson skillfully saved the ball. Comhghall Perth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 84 minutes, Comhghall Perth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bunaw Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Comhghall Perth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Bunaw Utd getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Comhghall Perth hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the match, Hermitage FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis McPhilip came free, but Davie Frankson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bunaw Utd fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hermitage FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
