The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when John Gollogley stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Kilcusnaun's Nollaig McBrandon got control of the ball when Daniel Keegan tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Daniel Keegan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raonall Callaghan was extremely unlucky when he, in the 93rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Raonall Callaghan put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Nollaig McBrandon.
