Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Darren McJohn got the match started through his kick off. When %teams%'s Taveon Gollogley was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-0 just inside the left pole, 3 minutes into the game. Bohannon Tierney was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. In the 12thth minute of the game Taveon Gollogley who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dromcunnig's Bohannon Tierney was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 14th match minute, Pottlerath AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keely Caffey to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Darren McJohn in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Booak MaCollin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Taveon Gollogley in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bohannon Tierney, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Loughlin Dimson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Booak MaCollin having to interfere. Dromcunnig's Bohannon Tierney proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Dromcunnig from getting a goal against them. After 43 minutes, Donal Ryan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pottlerath AFC and the Dromcunnig players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 44 played minutes Pottlerath AFC got a freekick which was hit by Donal Ryan. When Darren McJohn came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Dromcunnig fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Darren McJohn couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Taveon Gollogley was the one to do the kick off. Toran McPhil charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Toran McPhil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Taveon Gollogley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Bohannon Tierney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Booak MaCollin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darren McJohn in the 60th minute of play. Taveon Gollogley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th match minute, Pottlerath AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darby Caffey to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Taveon Gollogley in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bohannon Tierney prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Darren McJohn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85thth minute of the game Taveon Gollogley who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dromcunnig's Bohannon Tierney was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Taveon Gollogley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Pottlerath AFC's Darby Caffey got a free kick in the 96th minute.
