Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Boyle McNamara got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Tipperkevin AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremiah McCready to maneuver through the defense. Breenan McPhilip recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Jeremiah McCready had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robin McTommy. Cloughjordan Utd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeremiah McCready was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Breenan McPhilip fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Martyn having to interfere. Boyle McNamara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isaac Martyn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Isaac Martyn came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Cloughjordan Utd's Breenan McPhilip. But to his dismay, Breenan McPhilip quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Breenan McPhilip recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Cloughjordan Utd's Boyle McNamara in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tipperkevin AFC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Breenan McPhilip in the 32nd minute of play forced Tipperkevin AFC's goalkeeper Isaac Martyn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the game, Ultan Delaney was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cloughjordan Utd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tipperkevin AFC the free kick. Ultan Delaney hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Gealan Lavine kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Jeremiah McCready managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tipperkevin AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeremiah McCready was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robin McTommy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Boyle McNamara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Breenan McPhilip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Isaac Martyn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jeremiah McCready to strike the kick off in the second half. If Breenan McPhilip had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the game, Aodh McAlphie was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tipperkevin AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cloughjordan Utd the free kick. Aodh McAlphie hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Boyle McNamara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Isaac Martyn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robin McTommy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremiah McCready, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Baolach McMichel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Branigan Frankson charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Branigan Frankson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 73rd match minute, Cloughjordan Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Branigan Frankson to maneuver through the defense. Cloughjordan Utd's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
