Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bartley Dimson kicked off to start the match. Bec Brennan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Turlough Scully having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, Glenade's Branigan Mullan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Turlough Scully narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 11 minutes, Bartley Dimson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clogh's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartley Dimson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute, Clogh's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bec Brennan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Turlough Scully made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Bec Brennan sent off a good shot on target. 26 minutes into the game, Bec Brennan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Turlough Scully. Bec Brennan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 30 played minutes Clogh got a freekick which was hit by Bhrighde Gillmour. A collision led to Clogh getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Bhrighde Gillmour hit a great ball. When Glenade's Bec Brennan in 35 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Turlough Scully guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Branigan Mullan in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Turlough Scully saved Clogh from getting behind. Boynton McBrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartley Dimson in the 40th minute of the match. Boynton McBrand didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bartley Dimson went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Branigan Mullan was the one to do the kick off. Glenade's Boynton McBrand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curran Holt in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Auley Tierney hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Glenade getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Renny Caffey hit a great ball. Turlough Scully made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bec Brennan in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Clogh's goalkeeper Turlough Scully, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bailey Mullan during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bailey Mullan kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Turlough Scully showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bec Brennan, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Branigan Mullan in the 96th minute of play forced Clogh's goalkeeper Turlough Scully to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
