Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fachtna McPhilip took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gearóid Johnson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darragh McOliver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Fachtna McPhilip took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Cahir Benson to make any attempt to save it. Shiel McJames kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Gearóid Johnson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bourns Murphy in the 12th minute of the match. If Seán Colwell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gearóid Johnson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darragh McOliver in the 18th minute of the match. Bard Hamilton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darragh McOliver in the 38th minute of play forced Tulsk's goalkeeper Gearóid Johnson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gearóid Johnson came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Moylough's Darragh McOliver. But to his dismay, Darragh McOliver quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After 46 minutes, Seán Colwell made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Tulsk's Gearóid Johnson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
With a couple of smart ball manuevers Darragh McOliver in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gearóid Johnson saved Tulsk from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Seán Colwell got free with Gearóid Johnson in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gearóid Johnson made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Seán Colwell sent off a good shot on target. When Seán Colwell came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Moylough fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Seán Colwell couldn't finish the play. Caroll Brennan 's late challenge caught a Moylough's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Caroll Brennan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 64th match minute, Tulsk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caroll Brennan to maneuver through the defense. Paud Robinson hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Tulsk's Gearóid Johnson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Tulsk from getting a goal against them. In the 74th minute, Artuir Kirby left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moylough fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. After a rather tough play, Tulsk's Fachtna McPhilip got a free kick in the 85th minute. When Seán Colwell came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Moylough fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Seán Colwell couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Fachtna McPhilip managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tulsk's supporters rose to their feet, but Fachtna McPhilip was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cahir Benson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Darragh McOliver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moylough's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
