The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keely Keegan in the 30th minute of play forced Looscaun Utd's goalkeeper Tadhg Dimson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute Abbot McJames suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Gerard Costello kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Cloonusker's Brayden McWillie got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Keely Keegan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Tadhg Dimson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nolyn McJohnny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David McPhil in the 64th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Tirloch McBjarton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Keely Keegan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 81 minutes, David McPhil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Looscaun Utd and the Cloonusker players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Looscaun Utd's David McPhil got a free kick in the 82nd minute.
