Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Henry McWillie got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Moyard FC booed when Rathmolyon AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Colm Gollogley didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Bhrighde Bayes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Beary Perth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Rathmolyon AFC's Beary Perth got control of the ball when Bhrighde Bayes tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Henry McWillie put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Beary Perth. In the 22nd minute, Henry McWillie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moyard FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 25th minute, Henry McWillie reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Beary Perth. The goal made the score 4-0. Bhrighde Bayes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Beary Perth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henry McWillie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Beary Perth made a huge save. Bhrighde Bayes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Beary Perth having to make a save. Beary Perth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henry McWillie's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the match, Rathmolyon AFC's Breandan Rutherford sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bressail Robinson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 48 minutes into the game, Rowley O'Brien was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rathmolyon AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moyard FC the free kick. In the 48th minute, Rowley O'Brien hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Henry McWillie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Beary Perth was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Breandan Rutherford made a kick off. Bhrighde Bayes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Louis Perth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Beary Perth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bressail Robinson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pauric Barrett in the 63rd minute. Rowley O'Brien kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rathmolyon AFC's zone, Henry McWillie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beary Perth came out of the goal and Henry McWillie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69thth minute of the game Henry McWillie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rathmolyon AFC's Beary Perth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Brenainn Rutherford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beary Perth having to interfere. Moyard FC's Henry McWillie got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Garrett Cooney's late challenge caught a Moyard FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Garrett Cooney helped the player get up and apologised. 83 minutes into the match, Henry McWillie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Beary Perth. Rathmolyon AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henry McWillie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. If Bhrighde Bayes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Henry McWillie struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Beary Perth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moyard FC. Louis Perth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moyard FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
