Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Toren Coyle took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Rathkip getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Toren Gillmour hit a great ball. When Corray's Toren Coyle in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rathkip's goalie prevented a goal. Barrie Moran came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Rathkip's Daithi Murphy. But to his dismay, Daithi Murphy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 17th minute, Toren Gillmour hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Corray booed when Rathkip was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toren Gillmour didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ailill Gough came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Corray fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ailill Gough couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Toren Gillmour during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rathkip's Conaill Coyle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toren Coyle in the 26th minute of play. Carrigan McMichel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Barrie Moran came out and tried to block the shot, but Carrigan McMichel slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 28th minute. Toren Coyle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Corray's Davie Gough in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rathkip's goalie prevented a goal. Toren Coyle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rathkip's Conaill Coyle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ailill Gough in the 36th minute of play. Barrie Moran made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Daithi Murphy sent off a good shot on target. Toren Coyle struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Conaill Coyle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corray. Conaill Coyle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davie Gough, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 44th match minute, Rathkip was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toren Gillmour to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute, Barra Walker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

If Toren Coyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conaill Coyle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barra Walker in the 54th minute of play. If Davie Gough had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daithi Murphy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Barrie Moran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rowan Walker in the 60th minute of the match. If Daithi Murphy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Davie Gough got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Conaill Coyle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toren Coyle in the 73rd minute of the match. Ailill Gough who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Conaill Coyle when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Davie Gough had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Davie Gough in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Conaill Coyle, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Brine Gollogley kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. When Ailill Gough came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Corray fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ailill Gough couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute, Corray's Derrick Silke dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Corray's Barrie Moran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carrigan McMichel in the 96th minute of play.
