Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cleary McPaul took the kick off in the first half of the match. Beamard Hughes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gill McSteven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bairrionn Crowe hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Geralt Rutherford could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Harold Gollogley made a huge save. Bairthmead Cassin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beamard Hughes having to interfere. Gill McSteven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 32 played minutes Corbaly got a freekick which was hit by Bairthmead Cassin. The supporters of Corbaly booed when Bungowla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geralt Rutherford didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 37 minutes, Gill McSteven made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Bungowla's Beamard Hughes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bairthmead Cassin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gill McSteven made a kick off. Harold Gollogley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geralt Rutherford, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geralt Rutherford recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd minute, Blanche Barrett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute, Geralt Rutherford got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Corbaly's goal looked a bit too open when Geralt Rutherford came free, but Harold Gollogley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harold Gollogley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleary McPaul, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. The audience was convinced that Cleary McPaul's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harold Gollogley was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geralt Rutherford in the 82nd minute of play forced Corbaly's goalkeeper Harold Gollogley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Gill McSteven's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Beamard Hughes was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Cleary McPaul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Geralt Rutherford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Harold Gollogley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harold Gollogley stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Geralt Rutherford's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Geralt Rutherford struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Harold Gollogley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bungowla. 94 minutes into the game, Bairrionn Crowe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bungowla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Corbaly the free kick. In the 97th minute of the match Benedict Dunne sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Beamard Hughes skillfully saved the ball. The Corbaly players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
