Spectators: 6769 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Devlin Barrett made the kick off which started today's match. 6 minutes into the match, Emly's goal looked a bit too open when Bow McSteven came free, but Timothy McIan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emly's Timothy McIan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Devlin Barrett in the 11th minute of play. The supporters of Geashill FC booed when Emly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brak Caffey didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 18 minutes, Heron Hutton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Emly's supporters crossed their fingers, but Heron Hutton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Emly getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Belock McJon hit a great ball. Geashill FC's Bow McSteven got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Belock McJon kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Devlin Barrett in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Timothy McIan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 36th minute, Kerrigan McOliver got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Brak Caffey fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Emly's protests and gave Brak Caffey a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th minute, Devlin Barrett got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Devlin Barrett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Heron Hutton made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Devlin Barrett dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Timothy McIan, 0-1. Bow McSteven recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Kerrigan McOliver came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Emly fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kerrigan McOliver couldn't finish the play. 62 minutes into the match, Emly's Heron Hutton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brannen Walker narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, Kerrigan McOliver notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Geashill FC's Brannen Walker. Brannen Walker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 67th match minute, Emly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Breanne Dempsey to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Bow McSteven managed to get in a good position for a shot. Geashill FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bow McSteven was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Timothy McIan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Devlin Barrett came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Geashill FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Devlin Barrett couldn't finish the play. Timothy McIan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Devlin Barrett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bow McSteven could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Timothy McIan made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Emly's zone, Bow McSteven stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timothy McIan came out of the goal and Bow McSteven tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 87 minutes into the game, Geralt McNamee was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Emly's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Geashill FC the free kick. Geralt McNamee hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Bow McSteven recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Devlin Barrett took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Timothy McIan to make any attempt to save it. Bow McSteven could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 99th minute of the match, but Timothy McIan made a huge save. Geashill FC played a much better game than Emly and deserved their victory. The Emly players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
