Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Doney McLaughlin made the kick off and thus started the match. Bearach McDonald made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Arnold Dalton sent off a good shot on target. Lough AFC's Bryan Lester got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Phelim Caffey in the 16th minute of play forced Pollrone's goalkeeper Bearach McDonald to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19thth minute of the game Phelim Caffey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pollrone's Bearach McDonald was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eoin Kirby could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Bearach McDonald made a huge save. Bryan Lester took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bearach McDonald. Bearach McDonald dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Pollrone's Lochlainn Ferguson got a free kick in the 26th minute. Lochlainn Ferguson made in the 32nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lough AFC's Biddy Savic. Pollrone's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Phelim Caffey scored to the left of an out of position Bearach McDonald, making the score, 2-0. Bearach McDonald didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Phelim Caffey went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eoin Kirby to make the kick off. Phelim Caffey took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bearach McDonald. Bearach McDonald dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After a rather tough play, Pollrone's Rowan Palmer got a free kick in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Callaghan in the 56th minute of play forced Pollrone's goalkeeper Bearach McDonald to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bearach McDonald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eoin Kirby in the 60th minute of the match. Pollrone's Bearach McDonald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Phelim Caffey in the 66th minute of play. Pollrone's Tipraite Lavine managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Biddy Savic in the 68 minute of the game. Bearach McDonald took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Phelim Caffey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, Bryan Lester notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Pollrone's Bearach McDonald. Bearach McDonald was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rowan Palmer lost his temper 82 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pollrone fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 81st minute. Penalty! Artur Callaghan placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Eoin Kirby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bearach McDonald having to interfere. Bearach McDonald showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Phelim Caffey, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After a rather tough play, Lough AFC's Bryan Lester got a free kick in the 96th minute. Lough AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
