Corcreeghagh Utd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 14 minutes into the match, Brann Mullan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Banbhan McTom, 1-2. In the 19th minute, Fionntán McOliver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 played minutes, Corcreeghagh Utd's Brigid Frankson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Banbhan McTom came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Corcreeghagh Utd reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Giles McSteve managed to get in a good position for a shot. Feagarrid Utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Giles McSteve was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heremon McTommy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Corcreeghagh Utd's Bryan Dalton got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Brannagh Keegan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Banbhan McTom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of Feagarrid Utd:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Corcreeghagh Utd:s goal. In the 40th minute there was a penalty for Corcreeghagh Utd. Brigid Frankson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Banbhan McTom. 2-2. In the 43rd minute, Sameer Glen Crowe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Feagarrid Utd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The Corcreeghagh Utd players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Feagarrid Utd were winning 2-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Brannagh Keegan to strike the kick off in the second half. The Corcreeghagh Utd fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Corcreeghagh Utd's Brannagh Keegan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Barclay Dempsey kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. If Sameer Glen Crowe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brann Mullan in the 87th minute of play forced Feagarrid Utd's goalkeeper Banbhan McTom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Heremon McTommy was a little too slow when Sameer Glen Crowe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 3-6. In the 93rd minute of the match Boylan Benson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Banbhan McTom skillfully saved the ball. Heremon McTommy made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Giles McSteve sent off a good shot on target. The Corcreeghagh Utd supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Feagarrid Utd's performance. The match ended with a win for Feagarrid Utd.
