Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rory McFrank got the match started through his kick off. Becc McMichel kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. A collision led to Kilpierce getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Davie Savic hit a great ball. A hard shot 16 in the game by Rory McFrank from a close distance when the talented Toran Hughes managed to make a qualified save. Kilpierce's players were relieved. In the 18th minute Beatty McJon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seoirse McBjarton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Seoirse McBjarton came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Kilpierce's Davie Savic. But to his dismay, Davie Savic quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Beatty McJon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Seoirse McBjarton was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Seoirse McBjarton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Begley Brennan , who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After a rather tough play, Whitebog Utd's Saoirse McDecland got a free kick in the 37th minute. Seoirse McBjarton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davie Savic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Toran Hughes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Banban Dunne in the 44th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Beatty McJon was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Begley Brennan notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Whitebog Utd's Seoirse McBjarton. Seoirse McBjarton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rory McFrank sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Whitebog Utd's Seoirse McBjarton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Whitebog Utd from getting a goal against them. Rory McFrank blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Toran Hughes having to make a save. 66 minutes into the match, Kilpierce's goal looked a bit too open when Liam Willson came free, but Toran Hughes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Seoirse McBjarton made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Begley Brennan sent off a good shot on target. Begley Brennan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Seoirse McBjarton made a huge save. 72 minutes into the game, Cullan McBrandon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Whitebog Utd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kilpierce the free kick. Cullan McBrandon kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th play minute Begley Brennan came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Seoirse McBjarton. 0-3. After a rather tough play, Whitebog Utd's Cullan McBrandon got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Tirloch Ramsey took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Seoirse McBjarton. Whitebog Utd's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 94th minute of the game Becc McMichel made a throw-in which Terry McStephen played forward. Liam Willson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Toran Hughes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kilpierce played a much better game than Whitebog Utd and deserved their victory. The Whitebog Utd players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
