Spectators: 6775 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1775, VIP seats: 0) Liam Willson took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joseph McLian. Joseph McLian dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Liam Willson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Joseph McLian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rory McFrank sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Liam Willson came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Whitebog Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Liam Willson couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute, Taveon McJohn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Doney Taylor took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Seoirse McBjarton to make any attempt to save it. Whitebog Utd's Seoirse McBjarton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taveon McJohn in the 31st minute of play. Joseph McLian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bil Hutton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Russ Cooney kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Joseph McLian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rory McFrank in the 36th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Lismore FC's zone, Liam Willson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joseph McLian came out of the goal and Liam Willson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Liam Willson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Joseph McLian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Whitebog Utd's Seoirse McBjarton got control of the ball when Seoirse Savic tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rory McFrank stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Rory McFrank managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Whitebog Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rory McFrank was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 53rd minute, Doney Taylor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 54th match minute, Whitebog Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Banban Dunne to maneuver through the defense. After 58 played minutes Lismore FC got a freekick which was hit by Russ Cooney. Joseph McLian was a little too slow when Liam Willson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rory McFrank in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joseph McLian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Saoirse McDecland kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doney Taylor in the 91st minute of play forced Whitebog Utd's goalkeeper Seoirse McBjarton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Liam Willson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joseph McLian came out and tried to block the shot, but Liam Willson slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 92nd minute. In the 96th minute, Berrigan McVictor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lismore FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3.
